Something really good happened last Saturday. I was able to create a bacon burger. Quite shallow if you think about it but hey, I'm a shallow guy. It's not the usual bacon burger you see out there which is why I'm happy about the whole thing.
Unfortunately my monstrous appetite did not give me enough time to take a picture of the said burger. I'll be making another batch this week and hopefully take a picture of them before I shove them down my mouth. I know bacon is not the healthiest of foods, but it's one of the most delicious.
